Job Summary
A non-profit digital services group has an open position for a Telecommute Non Profit Digital Engineering Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and leading a team of 40+ engineers, managers, and directors and grow it with care and intention
- Contributing to organizational strategy and alignment as a member of our senior leadership team
- Driving the evolution of our technical vision and strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in engineering
- At least 2 years as a Director or VP
- Experienced and inclusive engineering leader
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, and excited to develop a vision that inspires and motivates your team to action
- Ability to drive the evolution of our technical vision and strategy
