Job Summary

A non-profit animal rights organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Non Profit Events Management Director.

Must be able to:

  • Create an annual overarching strategy for fundraising events to increase brand recognition
  • Plan and execute event strategies designed to support the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Create, seek approval for, monitor, and ensure adherence to event budgets

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Annual gala in Los Angeles
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, nonprofit management, or communications
  • Five or more years’ experience managing special events
  • Three or more years’ experience in a related field, preferably nonprofit or customer service
  • Prior experience with sales or donor databases
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
