Job Summary
A non-profit animal rights organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Non Profit Events Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Create an annual overarching strategy for fundraising events to increase brand recognition
- Plan and execute event strategies designed to support the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
- Create, seek approval for, monitor, and ensure adherence to event budgets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Annual gala in Los Angeles
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, nonprofit management, or communications
- Five or more years’ experience managing special events
- Three or more years’ experience in a related field, preferably nonprofit or customer service
- Prior experience with sales or donor databases
- All other requirements necessary for this position
