Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Non Profit Leadership Giving Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Manainge the production of annual appeals, renewals, and upgrade materials
• Engaging in front-facing donor activities such as thank you calls and mid-level program customer service
• Helping establish and maintain a calendar of mid-level audience outreach and sample library, sharing across teams

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of both the art and science of fundraising
• Strong facility with fundraising software
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to set aggressive goals that are achievable, then focus on exceeding them
• Ability to identify problems and love to develop plans informed by data to deliver and solve them
