Job Summary
A non-profit membership organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nonprofit Executive Director in Madison.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Saving our members’ time, resources, and energy by helping create or manage consortia
- Providing research, guidance, and expertise to improve services
- Saving our members’ time and money by purchasing products and collaborating on projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience leading a program or organization
- Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff, members, and others
- Experience mentoring/coaching staff
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to plan new services
- Ability to think strategically within the current political landscape
- Ability to monitor the details while keeping focus on the big picture
