Job Summary

A non-profit membership organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nonprofit Executive Director in Madison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Saving our members’ time, resources, and energy by helping create or manage consortia
  • Providing research, guidance, and expertise to improve services
  • Saving our members’ time and money by purchasing products and collaborating on projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years experience leading a program or organization
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff, members, and others
  • Experience mentoring/coaching staff
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to plan new services
  • Ability to think strategically within the current political landscape
  • Ability to monitor the details while keeping focus on the big picture
