Job Summary

A nonprofit is in need of a Telecommute Nonprofit Senior Policy Advocate in Norcross.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Defending, protecting, and advancing the rights of AANHPI/AMEMSA and other immigrant communities
• Leading advocacy efforts during the Legislative Session at the Georgia State Capitol
• Coordinating with national partners on federal policy campaigns

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree and strong work experience will be considered
• Experience with public policy (including advocacy, organizing, analysis, and/or research)
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and civil rights issues
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a strategic and efficient fashion
