Job Summary
A customer relationship management software developer is seeking a Telecommute Nonprofit Slack Software Associate Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop long-term relationships with key nonprofit customers
- Work in tandem with Customer Experience as a key decision maker regarding maintenance and improvement of the Slack for Nonprofits program
- Assist in the creation of promotional material and workshops for a new workforce development program
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in program management and/or experience in an analytical role
- Experience using Slack at an advanced level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate with staff, consultants, vendors and other partners in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have creative problem solving to develop collaborative solutions across diverse partners
- Ability to navigate uncharted waters on a super lean but mighty team
