Job Summary
Software company has an open position for a Telecommute North America Telco Global Customer Success Associate Manager.
Must be able to:
- Engage with Telco industry customers by building relationships to deliver seamless renewals and growth
- Become a champion for the Telco Sales team
- Engage in and guide the technical account management business with sales within the region
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in engineering or computer science
- Experience managing a team in a technical support, support engineering, or customer services organization in a technology-oriented environment
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, develop, and motivate team members
- Enterprise project management experience
- Capacity to translate strategic plans into communication and implementation plans
- Ability to interact effectively and diplomatically throughout all levels of the company and with those from diverse backgrounds
