Job Summary

A telecommunications company specializing in wireless services has a current position open for a Telecommute Northeast Region Retail Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Regularly partner with and travel to assigned markets in support of designated third-party retail operators
• Hire, coach and drive sales objectives
• Oversee operational metrics including deactivations, churn, and budget

Position Requirements Include:

• Willingness and ability to travel; 30% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or management/leadership
• 3+ years of business sales or retail sales experience
• 3+ years of third-party retail experience
• Demonstrated effective leadership techniques that inspire and develop team members
• Ability to regularly communicates sales results and sales funnel activities from markets and territories to sales leadership
