Job Summary
A telecommunications company specializing in wireless services has a current position open for a Telecommute Northeast Region Retail Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Regularly partner with and travel to assigned markets in support of designated third-party retail operators
- Hire, coach and drive sales objectives
- Oversee operational metrics including deactivations, churn, and budget
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness and ability to travel; 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or management/leadership
- 3+ years of business sales or retail sales experience
- 3+ years of third-party retail experience
- Demonstrated effective leadership techniques that inspire and develop team members
- Ability to regularly communicates sales results and sales funnel activities from markets and territories to sales leadership
