Job Summary
A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nurse Care Advice Line Pediatric Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Train on inbound triage calls from patients/parents seeking information about symptoms or care concerns
- Conduct outbound communications for follow-up and care coordination as necessary
- Consult and coordinate with internal and external team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current resident compact licensure
- Extensive Pediatric experience and knowledge are a necessity
- Experience and comfortable in a call center, telephonic triage position
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent clinical experience, with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Clear, confident communication and listening skills
