Job Summary
A recruiting company is seeking a Telecommute Nurse Care Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide patient and provider education
- Develop a plan of care based upon assessment with specific objectives
- Facilitate member access to community-based services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- 1+ years of case management experience in a managed care setting
- Current state's RN license
- Knowledge of utilization management principles and healthcare managed care
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
- Experience with medical decision support tools
- Experienced with government sponsored managed care programs
