A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nurse Care Manager I.

Must be able to:

  • Assess the medical necessity of inpatient admissions and extensions of stay
  • Conduct clinical assessment to develop goals that address individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the care management plan

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 years of acute care clinical experience; or equivalent education and experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s)
  • Certification as a Case Manager
