Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Nurse Care Manager I or II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
• Conducting assessments to identify individual needs
• Implementing care plan by facilitating authorizations/referrals as appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• Requires 3 years of case management experience
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state required
• Must have knowledge of medical management process and ability to interpret and apply member contracts, member benefits, and managed care products
