Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Nurse Case Manager in Milwaukee.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries
  • Provide assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of individuals
  • Monitors the progress of the injured worker

Qualifications Include:

  • Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI
