A workforce solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Nurse Case Manager in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation
- Closely monitor the progress of the injured worker
- Report results back to the employer and insurance carrier
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License, and good driving history
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
- Excellent organization and timeline adherence skills
- Excellent PC and technology skills
- Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal
