Job Summary

A workers compensation solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nurse Case Manager in Savannah.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries
  • Perform assessments, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation
  • Closely monitor the progress of the injured worker

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Valid Driver's License, and good driving history
  • CCM, CRC, or CDMS certification
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Excellent organization and timeline adherence skills
  • Excellent PC and technology skills
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Currently on the Georgia Rehab Supplier list or qualified to get on the list
