A wellness company is seeking a Telecommute Nurse Practitioner in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting patients with enrolling to access educational videos
  • Participating in the integrated care team meetings
  • Completing all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Access to transportation, a valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
  • Board certified by ANCC or AANP
  • Must be proficient with medical instruments and equipment required by the work
  • Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems
