Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Nurse Reviewer Manager.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for overall staff administration, including staffing models, recruiting, performance management, salary administration, with oversight of exempt and non-exempt staff
• Direct all activities associated with a full agenda of an operating department's day-to-day production regimen
• Act as an escalation point for teams, supporting all customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required
• 10+ year's clinical experience with 7+ year's utilization review experience
• 3+ year's management experience and 2+ years project management experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and licensure with strong background in utilization management
• Experience with rules and regulations on admission screening desired
• Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
