Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Telecommute Nursing and Health Tutor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing online tutoring to support colleges, universities, and individuals
- Working with students at all academic levels
- Facilitating a culture of professional reflection and consistent quality
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to work at least 2 hours on Fridays or Saturdays
- Advanced coursework or graduate degree in a nursing or allied health discipline
- College-level teaching or tutoring experience in nursing and allied health courses
- Experience reviewing written work and an ability to help others synthesize their thoughts into clear written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills; comfort with working in an online environment
