Job Summary
A food service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nutrition Wellness and Sustainability Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with culinary team on development, implementation and measurement of menu initiatives
- Coordinate the development, management, and evaluation of compliance, nutrition, wellness
- Recommend activities and training to maintain compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% required
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience (post Dietetic internship) working as a Registered Dietitian
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the food service industry
