Job Summary

A food service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nutrition Wellness and Sustainability Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with culinary team on development, implementation and measurement of menu initiatives
  • Coordinate the development, management, and evaluation of compliance, nutrition, wellness
  • Recommend activities and training to maintain compliance with all applicable policies and regulations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% required
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience (post Dietetic internship) working as a Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the food service industry
  • All other requirements listed by the company
