Job Summary

A post-acute care partner has a current position open for a Telecommute OASIS Analyst in Akron.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Measuring and improving OASIS data accuracy and appropriateness of outcomes of care
• Performing real time analysis on current OASIS collection results in order to identify weaknesses
• Maintaining excellent communication with supervisor, operations management personnel, at home office

Qualifications Include:

• OASIS Certification (COS-C or LHC COC)
• Coding Certification
• Minimum of 5 years Home Health experience, 2 of which dedicated to OASIS data review
• Prefer minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience to aid in communication
• Must be able to demonstrate superior analytical skills and be able to present data in a meaningful format
• Must be a self starter and self motivated, demonstrating these abilities regularly
