Job Summary

A provider of financial consulting services has a current position open for a Telecommute OASIS Chart Review Nurse.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing OASIS assessments and documenting recommended changes
  • Reviewing ICD-10 coding and sequencing from documentation in the patient chart
  • Entering results from review in appropriate fields of the database

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Current State Issued RN license
  • Certification in home health and hospice coding
  • Certification in OASIS
  • 2 years of progressive home health experience reviewing OASIS
  • Experience in quality assurance (QA) and/or case management
