Job Summary
A health care consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute OASIS Chart Reviewer.
Must be able to:
- Review OASIS assessments and document recommended changes in the OASIS database tool
- Review ICD-10 coding and sequencing from documentation in the patient chart
- Enter results from review in appropriate fields of the database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current State Issued RN license
- Certification in home health and hospice coding
- Certification in OASIS
- Minimum of two years of progressive home health experience reviewing OASIS
- Experience in quality assurance and/or case management
