- Minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle Engineering related recruiting for diverse skill sets in a high volume area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; web-based applications; applicant tracking; Internet
- Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
- Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
