Job Summary
An information technology services company has a current position open for a Telecommute OnBase Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as an internal escalation point
- Providing primary customer service and technical support
- Reviewing and researching product updates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology and
- 4 years Information Technology experience or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years experience in providing Level 2 (Second Tier or higher) technical support
- 2+ years experience working with OnBase and/or Kofax Capture is required
- Experience with networking and 2+ years working within LAN and WAN environments is required
