An application technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Onboarding and Digital Marketing Expert in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers through calls
- Uncovering and understanding customer challenges
- Proactively engaging trial users and establishing a relationship
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be comfortable on video
- Solid background, knowledge, of social media management and digital marketing
- Solid experience in client management or account management in an advertising/marketing agency
- In-depth knowledge of social media and digital marketing workflows and tools
- Verbal and written professional fluency in English
- Analytical and business savvy
