Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Onboarding Concierge.

Must be able to:

  • Assist agents in providing support and direction during the onboarding process
  • Assist agents in status updates to their application process
  • Triage support needs and provide direction to the appropriate resource

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to work an 8:00am - 5:00pm PST shift
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a front line customer service role
  • Ability to work and manage in a high volume environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Experience in conflict resolution and diffusing situations
