Job Summary
An education software service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Onboarding Technical Lead.
Must be able to:
- Assist in the overall delivery orchestration for a number of client schools
- Own the full life cycle of support tickets for customers
- Attend project meetings as needed to address technical questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Be able to attend project meetings
- 7+ years proven professional and technical industry experience
- Experience leading a technical team
- Previous experience with systems or application administrator and enterprise environment
- Experience supporting and managing systems and/or application engineers
