Job Summary

An education software service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Onboarding Technical Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Assist in the overall delivery orchestration for a number of client schools
  • Own the full life cycle of support tickets for customers
  • Attend project meetings as needed to address technical questions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Be able to attend project meetings
  • 7+ years proven professional and technical industry experience
  • Experience leading a technical team
  • Previous experience with systems or application administrator and enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting and managing systems and/or application engineers
