Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Oncology Case Manager Registered Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to assess patient's current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Interacting with Medical Directors on challenging cases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- 3+ years of Oncology experience in a Hospital setting or as an Oncology Telephonic Case Manager
- Recent Chemotherapy administration experience
- Multiple state licensure or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
- Computer proficiency, to include strong data entry skills
- Access to high speed internet and a dedicated workspace for home office set up
