A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Telecommute Oncology Clinical Research Associate Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide input for capacity planning
• Interact with sites as needed to resolve site operational issues
• Manage Clinical Research Associates

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel 25%
• 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate monitoring complex therapeutic area studies
• Possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• People management, time management, project management, organizational, and communication skills
• History of strong performance
• Expertise in and excellent working knowledge of core systems and tools
