Job Summary
A healthcare company specializing in pharmaceutical distribution is in need of a Telecommute Oncology Pharmacy Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing the pharmacy oncology team
- Participating with other senior leadership to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize drug contracting, managed care, and drug use initiatives for intravenous and oral drug therapy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years specific healthcare and/or systems-related experience including 7+ years managerial experience
- 10+ years community oncology pharmacy experience
- 7+ years managerial experience required
- Experience with account management and managing field based team
- Experience in retail pharmacy or in-office dispensing operations and workflow processes
- 5+ years of experience in community oncology pharmacy operations and workflow processes
