Job Summary
A customer relationship organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Online Chat Consultant in Melbourne.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading customer through a variety of requests via the Click to Chat application
- Providing effective pro-active and re-active online chat support
- Establishing a rapport and build confidence in the Client brand
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience required BA/BS Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with potential customers
- Superior written and oral English skills, with demonstrated successful use of proper grammar, rules of composition, and spelling without spell check
- Demonstrated success in journalistic writing and proofreading skills
- Intermediate computer skills required, i.e. Web Browsing, Email
- 2 years of customer service experience with an emphasis on chat required
