Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 15+ years of experience in engineering
• 10+ years leading and scaling software engineering organizations
• 5+ years working on a successful consumer product with 1M+ users
• Deep experience in evolving engineering and company processes to make them more efficient and effective
• Experience as part of a data-driven executive team to help deliver results against specific objectives
• Strong communication and project management skills
