Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Open Source Web Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing unit tests and acceptance tests
- Contributing to front-end workflows
- Writing performant, functional Javascript
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to write clean, elegant front-end code
- Ability to write modern, standards-compliant PHP
- Experience with Laravel 5, including optimizations for scale
- Fundamental understanding of REST APIs, including the WordPress REST API
- Ability to parse and understand MySQL queries and rewrite them as necessary for performance
- Working knowledge of various javascript frameworks and libraries (React, Vue, etc)
