Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute OpenStack Private Cloud Weekend Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting OpenStack environments to resolve virtualization related issues
- Working with vendors and the OpenStack community to address technical issues
- Providing engineering support for Customers using OpenStack & Swfit
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Working Friday through Monday, 8am-7pm, 4 days per week on 10 Hour Shifts
- Usually requires 4+ years systems experience, including systems administration in a production Linux environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced knowledge of Linux operating system
- Able to implement intermediate level automation tasks using bash or python
- All other requirements listed by the company
