Job Summary
An IT healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Operational Account Management Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Effective management of special projects
- Work with divisional leaders & legacy company counterparts to coordinate operational and strategic activities
- Be responsible for revenue retention, growth strategy, customer satisfaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 25-40% Travel
- Expertise with strategic planning with C-Suite level contacts, internally and externally required
- 5 plus years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Minimum 10 years of Sales/Account Management experience with large/complex customer
- 5 plus years of leadership experience within the Healthcare industry required
- Forecasting and planning for corporate attrition/retention and internal budget
