A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Operational Boarding Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Adapt quickly to alternative and creative solutions
- Track work received and completed through the online CRM
- Receive and sort all types of incoming requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to successfully navigate in a web-based applications environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business-related environment
- Strong knowledge in credit card processing rates and fees
