Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Operational Excellence Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Conduct Lean & Six Sigma assessments to identify performance gaps
Use Lean & Six Sigma tools to drive improvements
Provide high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of related experience in operational improvement is required
Bachelor's degree in science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma concepts and tools (5S, visual factory, PDCA, standard work, etc)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, and Minitab
Excellent Verbal & Written skills, interpersonal skills
