Job Summary

A nationwide direct mortgage lender is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operational Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to internal and external customers through phone, chat and email
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues
  • Provide solutions to internal support tickets/requests

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3+ years of mortgage experience
  • 2+ years experience working with Octane
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
