- Managing and delivering key customer/account metrics
- Establishing relationships with appropriate customer contacts
- Developing and delivering a regular set of information and communications for Internal Stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- History of excellence / superior performance against internal benchmarks
- Strong ability to analyze data and turn into actionable improvement opportunities
- 3+ years' experience in Operational Account Management, Project/Program management, or Service Management Delivery
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Sales Executives
- HS Diploma Required
