Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Submitting change requests, templates and requirements for change implementation
  • Calculating Return on Investment for enhancements

Required Skills:

  • Associates degree in Business, related field or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, etc
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement methods and cognitive thinking
  • Ability to use that understanding to develop processes applicable to the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels of an organization
