Job Summary
A regional bank and financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Auditing of work performed by internal loss mitigation Underwriters/Single Point of Contact and collection of data for audit reviews
- Operating within strict regulatory and operational SLAs
- Performing investigation and escalation for complex or high severity complaints and remediation items
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years default Mortgage servicing experience
- 1 year Loss Mitigation Underwriting /Single Point of contact experience
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of RESPA is preferred
