Job Summary
A drayage service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations and Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and managing an operations + customer success team
- Vetting and onboarding trucking companies
- Managing key accounts and support customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; must be able to parse data
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer facing role
- 2-5 years of experience in an operational role
- Excellent time and project management skills
