Job Summary

A drayage service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations and Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and managing an operations + customer success team
  • Vetting and onboarding trucking companies
  • Managing key accounts and support customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; must be able to parse data
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operational role
  • Excellent time and project management skills
