Job Summary

A non-profit providing education to children worldwide is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations and External Relations Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing, refining, and managing new, light, easy to implement, and flexible structures to build the team
• Leading the development and oversight of organizational and financial processes
• Developing and refining core messages to ensure organizational consistency

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• BA, MBA (preferred), or Master’s degree in education, international development, economics, public policy or public management
• 7-10 years of full-time work experience
• Prior project management experience
• Capacity for managing and leading individuals
• Global sensitivity and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people
• High level of integrity
