Job Summary

A system integration company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations and Support Lead in Plano.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing direct supervision to a team of operational, production team members
  • Maintaining internal and/or external customer relationships
  • Ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years in an IT Operations and Support role
  • 3+ years’ experience with 3M360 applications
  • Knowledge of .Net version 2.0 and above
  • TIL knowledge and experience on leading Operations Project knowledge
  • Strong database concepts and should be able to write complex SQL queries
