Job Summary
A system integration company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations and Support Lead in Plano.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing direct supervision to a team of operational, production team members
- Maintaining internal and/or external customer relationships
- Ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years in an IT Operations and Support role
- 3+ years’ experience with 3M360 applications
- Knowledge of .Net version 2.0 and above
- TIL knowledge and experience on leading Operations Project knowledge
- Strong database concepts and should be able to write complex SQL queries
