Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Business Analyst Lead in Eden Prairie.
Must be able to:
- Lead all risk adjustment reporting and analytics activities
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program operational activities
- Conduct RAF data analyses, compile and organize data into multi-level management reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 20-50% dependent on business needs
- 3+ years in Risk Adjustment (Medicare or Medicaid)
- 7+ years' experience in project business analysis, business process/business requirement documentation
- 5+ years of leadership / management experience (either directly or indirectly through project work)
