Job Summary
A wellbeing and health management company has an open position for a Telecommute Operations Contract Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support the client relationship to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained
- Prepare and manage operating budget
- Manage the development of outcomes focused programs to meet client objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline
- Ten or more years related industry experience including five years of program management and staff supervisory experience
- Current First Aid and CPR and AED certifications
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands
- Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel and Outlook
