Job Summary

A wellbeing and health management company has an open position for a Telecommute Operations Contract Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Support the client relationship to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Prepare and manage operating budget
  • Manage the development of outcomes focused programs to meet client objectives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline
  • Ten or more years related industry experience including five years of program management and staff supervisory experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR and AED certifications
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands
  • Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel and Outlook
