Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Operations Coordinator in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the site and coach applicant process
  • Creating and managubg program registration, process program registrations and payments each season
  • Collecting team rosters and ensure that program scholarships are distributed appropriately

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
  • Strong background in project management with an emphasis on data collection and tracking
  • Strong working proficiency with project management software
  • Detail oriented and focus on quality with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and driven to achieve quality outcomes
  • Access to cell phone and internet
