Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Operations Coordinator in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the site and coach applicant process
- Creating and managubg program registration, process program registrations and payments each season
- Collecting team rosters and ensure that program scholarships are distributed appropriately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
- Strong background in project management with an emphasis on data collection and tracking
- Strong working proficiency with project management software
- Detail oriented and focus on quality with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and driven to achieve quality outcomes
- Access to cell phone and internet
