A professional services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Coordinator in Pittsburgh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing work order management support, program administration and reporting
- Receiving and coordinating maintenance repair calls
- Managing complex client projects from beginning to successful completion

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency with MS Office and other systems
- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order Management System
- Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
