Job Summary

A professional services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations Coordinator in Pittsburgh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing work order management support, program administration and reporting
  • Receiving and coordinating maintenance repair calls
  • Managing complex client projects from beginning to successful completion

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other systems
  • Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order Management System
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
