Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate with our design team and manage client design requests to ensure design projects are swiftly completed
- Develop communications systems and practices to strengthen a remote culture and keep the team engaged
- Lead outreach to prospective partners to begin developing a network of partner companies
Position Requirements Include:
- We bring the team together twice a year for team retreats
- 2 to 6 years out of college with some impressive operational experience under your belt
- You have experience managing many different responsibilities and you've developed habits for reflection and prioritization
- You have strong writing skills
- You're organized and like to see projects through to completion
