- Editing and updating digital contracts
- Making bank deposits
- Providing administrative support to VP, Director + CEO
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience (2+ years) in operations or an administrative job function
- Technology savvy and able to use a variety of software tools such as Google Suites, Quickbooks, Trello, Slack, Docusign and Salesforce
- Ability to edit and update digital contracts
- Ability to provide administrative support to VP, Director + CEO
- Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
- Strong verbal, written, customer service and organizational skills
